Enhancements

New Invoice Template Merge Field

With the new invoice template merge field [#TableProfSerItems1#], users can now include columns for Date, Timekeeper, Description, Hours, and Amount and also have borders for each row.

Fixes

  • When making a Matter-to-Matter Funds Transfer, the selected and completed steps will be highlighted in the tracker.
  • If the Money Finder widget is not required, users will be able to remove it when customizing dashboard layouts.
  • The headers in the Firm Dashboard will display correctly irrespective of your browser’s zoom selection.
  • While using the drawer on the Time Dashboard, users will be able to close it by clicking on x.
  • Users will  be able to close the Filters panel in the Documents section irrespective of the number of times they access it.
  • When using integrated payments, the Cancel button will work correctly.
  • Users will not experience delay when using the Save and New option repeatedly for 3rd Party Bills.
  • When adding new entries using the Timesheet, the date will default to the current day.
  • When reviewing plans in Recurring Payments, the focus will remain on payment details.
  • Users will get an indication when a payment is being processed after they select Charge when using Integrated Payments.
  • When adding Payee phone numbers, users will get an error message if the entered number is not 10 digits.
  • The Client Portal’s Invoice section does not include Has Comments.
  • Users will not get an invalid warning message when adding expenses for newly created COAs.
  • The Matter field will be preselected when using the Save and New option while adding Hard Costs.
  • The Actions menu in Practice Management > Communication > Emails also includes Associate Labels in the drop-down.
  • Users can now edit the applied amount when they apply payment on an invoice using Trust Retainer.
  • Users can now edit the Client-Matter field in Notes after creating the note.
  • The system will save changes to localized billing rates in Matter Details without delay.
  • To prevent processing errors when paying bills via credit card, it is mandatory to complete all entry fields.
  • Users will be able to apply partial amounts to multiple COAs from the Banking area.
  • The Invoice total will automatically update with:
    • Any discounts and overhead charges added to the invoice
    • The selected time/expense entries
  • If users are in the Documents section:
    • Using the document filter will display results specific to the currently open matter folder
    • They will remain in the current folder after deleting a file or folder
