Exclude Inactive Timekeepers

If users wish to exclude inactive timekeepers from the list of timekeepers in the drop-down, they can now check the Active Timekeepers only box when generating the following reports:

  • Timekeepers Time Report
  • Timekeepers Expense Report
  • WIP Summary
  • Time Expense Flag Report
  • Billing By Timekeeper
  • Collection By Timekeeper
  • Collected Fee Allocation
  • Financial Productivity Report
  • Fee Recovery Report

Fixes

  • When you use Quick Actions to perform any action such as adding tasks, notes, or contacts, the system will update its corresponding grid immediately.
  • If you are in a particular tab in a matter’s details area and switch to another matter, the system will directly take you to the same area in the new matter.
  • When a user selects View details for a matter, they will be able to view the details without the page refreshing.
  • When creating a new matter, if the client name exceeds 128 characters, the system will truncate the name to only display the first 128 characters.
  • If you have selected certain filters while downloading or sending an invoice, the filters will be retained after the action is completed.
  • Any edits you make to a view will be reflected in the Views page grid.
  • The Recurring Payments screen will display results according to your selected filters when navigating to Billing > Recurring Payments.
  • Users will be able to use the Paid filter to filter by paid 3rd Party Bills when navigating to Matters > select a matter > Banking > 3rd Party Bills.
  • While sending Low Retainer Reminder requests, if you update a client’s email address, the system will update the client’s primary email address enabling the user to send the email to the updated address.
  • Users will be able to save their filtered views within Matter Templates.
  • Users will be able to use the Client-Matter filter in the Add Bulk Invoice section to create an invoice for a specific client or matter.
  • If you stop a Recurring Payment, you will get a warning message.
  • Any document filters that you apply in one section of the application, will only show results in that section.
  • When unlinking payments from an invoice, user will have to select transactions to be able to use the Unlink Payments button.
  • The entries in the default calendar view in your application will be based on your time zone, similar to your Outlook or Google calendar.
  • Users will be able to enter any information for soft cost expenses in the Edit Expense screen.
  • Timecards with a localized billing rate of $0.00 can now be edited.
  • Users will be able to create and edit new expense or existing unbilled soft cost expense if the expense date is equal to or less than the transaction date.
  • When using auto-numbering option for client id, the system will assign correct client IDs during client creation.
  • When using the Save and New option while adding hard costs, your operating bank account will display as the default bank.
  • Users will be able to view all the menu options when navigating to Matter > Banking > Transactions.
  • If your account is enabled to Auto-calculate tax on payables/disbursements screens and you check the Calculate checkbox the correct tax amount will display when you add:
    • An Accounts Payable bill
    • A Hard Cost
