Favorite your most used items, export more records, use new merge fields for invoices
Enhancements
Add Favorites to Your Menu Panel
Need a faster way to reach the pages you use every day? You can now use the new Favorites tab in the main navigation panel to bookmark your most-used items. With the handy favorites menu, you will get:
- Quick access to your frequently used items
- Streamlined navigation
- Menu organization based on your preferences
- More time to get things done

Enhanced Export Functionality
To give you more control and for smoother operation and easier data management, we have enhanced our export feature. While exporting items from the system, you can now:
- Export up to 150 pages (7,500 records) per session for smoother system performance
- Select Custom page range that allows you to specify exactly which pages to export within the limit
- Make sequential exports of larger datasets (export pages 1-150, then 151-300, etc.)
- Get a clear error message when attempting to exceed the page limit
New Invoice Template Merge Fields
We have added two new merge fields for invoices:

- [#WriteOffAmount#] – Displays the total write-offs for an invoice (or 0.00 if none)
- [#PreviousPayment#] – Shows deposits, retainers, and payments between invoice dates (or 0.00 if none)
