Accounts Receivable Report
The Accounts Receivable Summary report will now include:
- A column for Matter File#
- Summary by Matter Owner when viewing or downloading the report using the All Matter Owners option
- Headers on each page of the report
Bulk Manage Time/Expense
To improve your efficiency, you can now bulk manage time and expense entries that require the same action or update by navigating to Billing > Time/Expense. This powerful new functionality streamlines your workflow by allowing you to perform the following actions on multiple entries simultaneously:
- Delete entries
- Remove from Draft
- Edit Entries to modify:
- Client-Matter – Change the client-matter associated with the entries
- Date – Update the date for multiple entries in a single operation
- Timekeeper – Reassign entries to different timekeepers
- Billing Status – Modify the billing status across multiple entries
- Custom Labels – Add or modify custom labels
- Tax Options – Change tax settings for multiple items
- Apply Hold – Place multiple entries on hold
Matter’s Money Finder
You can now use a Matter’s Money Finder to add a timecard for the entries, or edit any field in the entered note, task, or event.
New Invoice Template Merge Field
With the new merge field [#ProfSerItems12#] for invoice and letter template, users will be able to see a professional service items table with columns for Date, Description, Hours, and Amount.
