Transaction Levy Reporting (ON/NL/AB)

The transaction levy report lists Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Alberta levies based on specified fee types for specified entry dates. The report includes Matter File #, Matter Owner/Lawyer, Entry Date, Claim Category, Status, and Fee amounts.

To generate this report:

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Matters.
  2. From the toolbar atop the Matters screen, click Action and choose Transaction Levy.
  3. From the toolbar on the Manage Transaction Levy screen, click Report.

The Report Options window will display

  1. Filter by Fee Type
  2. Choose the Entry Date Range
  3. Choose the Print Format
  4. Click Print

Filter by Levy Attributes

On the main matter page, use the filters icon to find filters related to levy type, paid by, and status.

You can then choose which attributes to filter your grid view by, and export those results to PDF, Excel or CSV.
