The Client-Matter Ledger includes all the activities for Client-Matter such as time (fees), expense, invoice, invoice payments, trust activity, operating bank activity, credit memo in the order that it is entered. You can also choose to include bank information. Users will be able to view the summary of billed, unbilled items over a specified period of time, and accounts receivable and retainer, as of print date.
This report details all the time cards for the selected matter that have been entered for the current month and a summary of the professional service rendered.
The matter billing log includes a matter's fee and expense entries, over a specified period of time.
The Matter Cost Statement details all costs associated with a matter. This includes costs the firm incurred as well as those to be paid from trust at a later date.
The Billed/Collected Taxes report details fees, costs, and firm-collected sales tax per invoice and in total for those invoices that have tax applied to them.
The Paid Taxes Report shows:
- The firm collected/paid taxes on vendor bills, the total for those bills, and the tax applied to them
- Void transactions along with void adjustment
- Journal entries at the end of the report
The Matter Trust Admin Fee Report includes the Matter File Number, Matter Owner/Lawyer, Entry Date, Claim Category, Status, and Fee and GST amounts.
The transaction levy report lists Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Alberta levies based on specified fee types for specified entry dates. The report includes Matter File #, Matter Owner/Lawyer, Entry Date, Claim Category, Status, and Fee amounts.
