Allow a Firm User Client Portal Access

To allow a firm user Client Portal access:

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Matters.
  2. On the Matters screen, double-click the matter and scroll down to its Summary section.
  3. From the tabs atop the summary screen, click Settings.
  4. From the tabs on settings section, click Client Portal.
  5. On the Client Portal screen, to enable slide the toggle button On.
  6. In the Client Portal Parties section under Allowed Users select the users you wish to allow from the drop-down.
  7. Check or uncheck items you wish to share with your client.
  8. Check or uncheck if you wish to send emails.
