Use client name in time tracker search, keep tab context when switching screens, and more.

Enhancements  

In the Time Tracker App on your desktop, you can now link time entries to matters by using the client name in the search bar.

Keep Tab Context

When you switch from a matter to any other area of the application and then switch back, the context of the matter tab will be retained. For example, if you are in Matters > Billing > Invoices and go to the Setup area, when you switch back, you will be directed to the screen you were in earlier.

Fixes

  • When exporting matter list in CSV format, system will truncate custom field label to 128 characters only.
  • Users will not experience delay when:
    • Accessing the Invoice Reminders screen
    • Viewing a Matter’s Summary section
  • Only active matters will display when searching for matters on the Time Tracker.
  • A deleted event will be removed from the calendar grid immediately.
  • If you make any edits to the Firm Dashboard layout, you will be able to save the changes.
  • Only invoices for Active matters will display when navigating to Billing > Invoices.
  • The Amount field will display $0.00 as a default if you have not entered any amount.
  • Users will be able to refresh Firm Timesheet and Accounts Payable without any error.
  • Users will be able to use localized billing rates for timekeepers in a matter’s settings.
  • Users will be able to edit memos within invoice payment transactions.
  • Any new entries in the timesheet will default to today’s date.
  • Users will be able to edit the task name in the Edit Task form.
  • You will be able to preview your invoices in any selected download format.
  • Users will be able to Unshare previously shared documents.
  • Depending on your settings, the correct payment methods will display in the bank drop-down.
  • When importing contacts, the display name will match the settings selected in your system.
  • Users will be able to create views without experiencing errors.
  • If a password reset is requested, user will receive the reset password email.
  • When sending low retainer reminders, users will see the actual count of reminders.
  • The correct data will display for the label when you select a label from Communications > Email.
  • The Hard Cost total will display the correct amount when using the Calculate toggle.
  • Users will not encounter a blank screen when launching the Time Dashboard.
