Separate Timer and Timesheet

For ease of access, we have now separated the global timer and the timesheet in the toolbar, with a helpful tooltip if you hover over the timesheet icon.

Fixes

• When switching the Calendar display to Work Week, all events for the week will be visible.
• If you view the detail for unbilled time or expense card, the invoice # field will not be visible.
• If a user has configured Phone Message view in dashboard, all the phone messages will be listed.
• When phone message is assigned or forwarded to a user, they will be able to view the notification under the bell icon without refreshing the screen.
• While adding a timesheet entry, user will be able to view e-Billing codes in task drop-down if selected matter is enabled for eBilling.
• User will be able to use Quick Action to add a timecard or flat fee.
• Even if there is no transaction added for the payee, the 1099 Payee Ledger Report will include the payee if the opening balance date associated with the payee falls within the selected date in the report.
