We’ve been busy adding more functionality and features to kick off May with a new level of user-friendly efficiency. From time-saving bulk actions to upgraded billing and payments settings, here’s what’s new in CosmoLex this month.
NextGen Highlights: Bulk Actions and Simplified Billing and Payments
Get organized at a glance with improved CosmoLex calendar features and view options.
- Edit/Delete in Bulk: It’s easier than ever to make updates to matters and contacts with our bulk action feature. Select multiple contacts or matters and see your new options!
- Matter-Level Billable Status: For those who require more flexible/hybrid billing, you can now designate a default billable status (billable, non-billable, no charge) to apply to all future entries, reducing the need to edit on the card level.
- Simplified Invoice Review: When generating a single invoice, you now have improved search and filtering, as well as the ability to edit from the grid itself, making immediate review that much easier.
- Easily Pay in Full: We made some additional updates to the payments screen to continue to aid in simplifying receipt of payment. This includes an option to pay the full unpaid balance (for client, matter or invoice) in one click.
