Trust Transfer Record

You can transfer trust funds from one matter to another. There may be a few reasons for this:

  1. A client provides one deposit from which you want to move to additional matters of theirs, as needed.
  2. Funds change from one bank account to another.
  3. You are handling both sides of the matter (e.g. Real Estate transaction) in which money must move from one client’s ledger to another.

You can learn how to complete trust transfers here! Those transfers will then be displayed, along with their reasoning, in this report.

To access this report, go to Reports > Trust > Trust Transfer Record.

For Canadian users, this report is located under Law Society Compliance Docs.
