Launch of NextGen with matter templates, project management, matter budgets, recurring payments, bank feed, and integrated payments.

NextGen Launch

The product that you’ve tested and enjoyed is finally here. CosmoLex NextGen gives you:

• The flexibility to customize the application, your way
• Improved usability to increase efficiency
• Robust billing features to capture time quickly and accurately and get paid faster
• Deeper practice management making CosmoLex a more well-rounded solution

There is no change for current users. You will continue to have access to both Classic and NextGen(Beta).  With full functionality available in NextGen (Beta), we encourage you to begin using this version for your daily work.

Enhancements

With this launch we have added the following features to the new Elite tier for NextGen:

Matter Templates

You can use matter templates that have preset parameters for certain types of matters, helping you to efficiently add a matter with prefilled entries.

Project Management

With Project Management, you can create a Kanban Board for each matter type workflow and manage the matters within that workflow.

Matter Budgets

Determine the limit for time, amount, or expenses for specific matters to ensure that you do not bill more than the matter budget.

Recurring Payments

Your clients can now pay you in instalments for their matters on a mutually agreed upon amount and frequency with recurring payments. You will also receive a notification for each successful or failed payment.

Link Your Bank Feed

Automatically import transactions from your bank statement by linking the Bank Feed with your application.

Integrated Payments

In addition to CosmoLexPay, NextGen now also integrates with LawPay to help you process your payments.
