Enhancements
Start Date Filter in Invoice Creation
We have added a new start date filter to enable you to better define the billing period for your time and expense entries. You can now specify a custom start date by using the Define the Start Date filter during invoice creation.
Label-Based Filtering in Global Search
While using the global search, you can now filter your saved search by labels across matters, contacts, and documents, enabling faster and more precise results.
Discount Configuration in Matter Settings
You can now define a discount for any matter using the discount configuration option to apply a percent or fixed discount under Matter > Settings > Billing.
Invoice Status Report – Matter Owner Filter
To help you generate a more focused and insightful billing report, we have added a new Matter Owner filter to the Invoice Status Report.
Hyperlink to Assigned Matter
With the new clickable hyperlink on the Project Management board for the assigned matter, you can now quickly navigate directly to the related matter with a single click.
Last Selected Task View
If you have selected a specific view (Grid or Kanban) under Practice > Tasks, the system now remembers your last selected view and automatically applies it as the default view in subsequent sessions.
Workflow Name
To distinguish between workflows with similar titles, you can now see the complete name of the workflow if you hover over it.
State Abbreviations
We have reset the order for state abbreviations to the standard alphabetical order on the Contact creation form to ensure consistency and reduce input errors.
Display Available Balance in Trust Withdrawals
Enhanced the Trust Withdrawal interface to display the available trust balance for the selected trust bank, improving financial visibility and accuracy.
Client Name Search – Special Characters
When searching for clients during matter creation, you can include special characters in the search.
Soft Costs – Rate/Price
The soft cost form will always display two decimal places for monetary values, even when whole numbers are entered, ensuring consistent financial formatting.
Time Dashboard Validation Update
If you select more than 20 timekeepers on the Time Dashboard, you will get an error message informing you of it.
