Manage Your CosmoLex Subscription

You can upgrade to a higher tier, find out about your billing cycle, or update your billing information from within your CosmoLex account.

Change Your Subscription Tier

To modify or upgrade to a different tier:

  1. Once you are logged into your CosmoLex account, click on your initials in the top right.
  2. From the drop-down, click Subscription Info.
  3. On the pricing page that opens, choose from Standard, or Elite.
  4. On the enrollment page, to confirm your enrollment scroll to the bottom of the page and click Confirm.

Manage Your Subscription

On the Manage Subscriptions screen, you can view and modify your account information, modify your billing address and payment method, or view your billing history.

There are two ways for you to get to the Manage Subscriptions screen:

  1. Once you are logged in to your CosmoLex account, click on your initials in the top right.
  2. From the drop-down, click Billing Portal.
    You will be taken to the Manage Subscriptions screen.

Or:

  1. From the main navigation panel, click Account.
  2. From the Account left navigation, click Accounts.
  3. From the tabs, select CosmoLex.
    The Account Information area also lists the number of licensed users and active timekeepers in your account.
  4. In the Account Information area, click on Click Here to go to the Billing Portal.
    You will be taken to the Manage Subscriptions screen.

Note: Click the Exit icon at the bottom of the list to go back to the application.

Verify and Edit Subscription Information

On the Manage Subscriptions screen, in addition to viewing your billing history, you can verify and edit the following:

Account Information Allows you to update your account information, including First and Last Name, EmailCompany and Phone Number.
Billing and Shipping Address You can update your billing address by entering your new address and clicking Update.
Note: You must ensure that the billing address you have entered is correct for payments to go through successfully.
Payment Methods Select Payment Methods to add and save your credit card and ACH details.
Note:ACH PAYMENTS (PAD in Canada)

Should you decide to place your bank account information on file for us to initiate an ACH payment as your preferred method of payment, no fees will be applied. (Note: ACH payments is available for users in US. Users in Canada can use PAD.)

  • EXAMPLE: If your total invoice charge is $100.00 and CosmoLex applies your payment utilizing the ACH information you have on file, the total amount charged will be $100.00.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

CosmoLex imposes a 3% surcharge on credit card purchases, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

  • EXAMPLE: If your total invoice charge is $100.00 and CosmoLex applies a 3% credit card surcharge, the total amount charged to your credit card will be $103.00.

NO PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE

If no payment method is on file, CosmoLex will add a $50.00 convenience fee associated with our cost of manually processing the payment.

  • EXAMPLE: If your invoice total charge is $100.00, a convenience fee will be applied, bringing the total amount due to $150.00.
