There are times where you may need to reopen a reconciliation statement when changes need to be made to a transaction. You can reopen a reconciliation statement for either trust, operating or credit card account.

To do this:

  • Go to Accounting > Select the bank > Click Details

  • In the bank details window > click reconciliation section > Click delete > choose reopen statement

  • You will receive a message, that says, "Are you sure you want to reopen this reconciliation?"
  • Click Yes

  • You will now see the status of the reconciliation statement change to Open
