The client portal is a great tool for your clients to access items which have been shared with them.
If you have not yet enabled your client portal, follow those instructions HERE
If your portal is enabled and you would like to add a convenient log in button for your clients, on your website, follow these steps
- Go to Setup > Firm Preferences and scroll down to the Client Portal section > to the right where it says "Add Client Portal Login Link to your Firm Website" > click on the hyperlink as shown below:
- In the code window, click Copy
- You will see a message appear that says:
- Click Ok
- Then click Ok again to close out of the code window.
