If you are printing a cover page with your invoice, and you notice the fields are not populating (as shown below):
You will need to refresh the cover letter template by doing the following:
- Go to the Setup tab at top
- Go to Firm Settings > Invoice Templates
- To the right of the cover page template, click "Edit/Preview"
- Once the preview of the template is up, click Save (top left)
- You can then reprint your invoice, and all of the fields will populate
