If you are printing a cover page with your invoice, and you notice the fields are not populating (as shown below):

You will need to refresh the cover letter template by doing the following:
  • Go to the Setup tab at top
  • Go to Firm Settings > Invoice Templates
  • To the right of the cover page template, click "Edit/Preview"
  • Once the preview of the template is up, click Save (top left)
  • You can then reprint your invoice, and all of the fields will populate
