If you wish to cancel your CosmoLex Subscription:

  • Go to Account > Accounts tab > Click Cancel Account 


You will see a "Cancel Account" pop-up window.
Note the warning at the top of the screen:

"Post Cancellation, you will immediately lose access to your account. If you have any billing-related questions, please call us at 866-878-6798 x0 prior to cancellation. Your data will be irrevocably removed 30-days from your cancellation."

You must then select your reason for canceling, and then select "cancel my account".
If you do not wish to cancel, select "Do not Cancel


  • You will then see a final warning. If you still wish to cancel, click Yes.
