- Start at the Setup page.
- Click the "My settings" tab.
- Click the "User Settings" tab on the left side.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to "Date Format". Change the option to the date order you want the program to be defaulted to.
- Click "Save" when finished.
The selected date format will apply to various screens and features including time and expense cards, invoices, transactions, calendar, checks, reports, and recent activities.
