Pre-Bill Report at Matter Level
To improve the pre-bill workflow and allow you to review and adjust billing data before finalizing invoices, we have included the Pre-Bill (Matter Billing) Report at the matter level. From the added new location of the report, you can:
- Access the report at the matter level from a Matter's billing screen
- Select filters easily because of the cleaner interface
Matter File Number on Reports
To help you improve tracking and audit trails, you can now check a box to include matter file number on the following banking reports:
- Bank Activity Report
- Cash Disbursement Journal
- Cash Receipts Journal
New Invoice Template Merge Field
We have added a new invoice template merge field [#PreviousInvoiceAmt#] that will display amount for previously created invoice.
Class Filter in Billed/Collected Tax Report
You can now filter the Billed/Collected Tax Report by class, which will allow for precise tax tracking across matters.
