If you receive "Exception of type 'com.cosmolex.services.OAuthException' was thrown" error message, follow the steps below to resolve this issue:


  • Go to Setup > Firm Settings > Apps > Turn OFF the document app that you have turned on.


  • Go back to main matter page > Add the new matter again > Click Save.


  • After the matter is saved, go to Setup > Firm Settings > Apps > and Turn the document app back on.
