When adding a user in Cosmolex, the user will receive an email to create a password to log in. When the user creates a password and clicks submit, they may come upon this message after clicking submit:
The cause of the issue is that there is a 3-day window from the time the admin invited the user to when the user clicked the email link and created a password.
The new user has up to 3 days to create a password. After 3 days, the email link will be invalid.
To resolve this issue:
- The admin would need to go into Account Management > select the user > Click Action > Reinvite User.
- The user will then receive a new email where they can go ahead and create a password.
