Viewing Unpaid Invoices from Matter Details:


  • Click Matters in side panel > Select client matter > Click Details



  • On Matter Details Page > click billing section > Click on Invoice Tab
  • Click the Search Filter Icon to the right of the screen



  • Where it says status, change to unpaid




Viewing Unpaid Invoices from Activites:


  • Click Activities in the side panel > In the invoice section > Click the Search Filter Icon to the right of the screen



  • Where it says status, change to unpaid
