Within CosmoLex, you can email invoices, invoice reminders as well as low retainer reminders. But how do you keep track of what was sent and when?

That is what the System Emails folder is for.

  • Under Activities > Emails
    You will have a folder called System Emails



All Emails sent by the users from CosmoLex systems such as Invoices by email, reminder notices, even user invitations, etc will now be automatically logged under “System Email” section as well as tagged by Matter. 
This will allow review of prior communication history in case of any doubt or disputes.
