If you are printing a cover page with your invoice, and you notice the fields are not populating (like shown below)

You will need to refresh the cover letter template by doing the following:

1. Go to the Setup tab at top
2. Go to Firm Settings > Invoice Templates
3. Next to the cover page template click Edit/Preview
4. Once the preview of the template is up, click Save (top left)

You can then reprint your invoice, and all of the fields will populate
