Setting Client Relations
 
This feature is used for setting relations between matters and contacts.  Setting relations is what supports our conflict check feature.
 


Note: You must first be sure to add all non-client contacts into your address book under the Contact tab (clients are added automatically when entered in the matter setup window)


To Set Relations:
  • Go to the Matters page
  • Select the requested matter
  • Click "Details", or double-click the requested matter

 
  • In Matter Details, click on the Relations tab > Click Add

 
  • Enter the contact name and relation to matter
  • You can also add a new contact from the set conflict check relations window, by clicking on theicon.
  • When ready, Click Save.
