1. Contact your firm’s CosmoLex Administrator. They can disable Two-Factor Authentication. Steps on how to disable are HERE
     

  2. If you are the firm’s only CosmoLex Administrator, only then send an email from a firm official email address to emergency@cosmolex.com including the following details:
  • Firm Name
  • Your Name
  • Email address
  • Phone Number where you can be reached
  • Last 4 digits of Credit Card Used to make CosmoLex payments
  • The approximate time you last used CosmoLex


 

Once we verify your identity, we will send you a one-time use code. You can use your Login, Password, and this one-time code to log in.

As soon as you log in, you (or the program admin) can disable Two-Factor Authentication till you figure out your SMS or Cell Phone situation.
