Within CosmoLex, for the admin and sometimes additional users, your log in ID is your email address.
Like most cloud programs, your username cannot be changed.

  • However, if you happen to change/update your email address, you can edit your contact email under Account Management Tab > User Management section


  • By selecting the user, clicking edit and changing the email address here, then save.


  • As a result, your login name will remain the same, but any email communications will be with the new email address.

    NOTE that this change only updates your account email,  be sure to verify under Setup > Firm Settings > Firm Information that the email in which you communicate with Clients within CosmoLex is up to date.
